Dip Chip
You’re craving a crunchy treat, perhaps something salty like potato chips. But the Lay’s slogan is right, you can’t eat just one…and you feel greasy left with the oily residue on your fingers after digging through a bag of potato chips. So what do you do?
I say, grab some Crispy Dippers!

These chip substitutes truly are crispy and would hold a dip amazingly well, but I’ve yet to try them with a topping since they’re so tasty on their own! The lightly salted tastes similar to a potato crisp, while the white cheddar is reminiscent of cheesy popcorn. Yum!
Besides the taste, one of the things that makes these dippers great is the nutrition facts. One serving of 19 decently sized dippers is only 90 calories and has more than 10 percent of your daily protein. The ingredients list is short too (potato starch, non-GMO soy protein concentrate, salt, potassium chloride, high-oleic sunflower oil—a monounsaturated fat—and salt). These are a satisfying side to a healthy sandwich as well!
