    It’s way too easy to zone out in front of the TV, whether you’re watching the big game or your favorite drama. There are ways to sneak in some activity, though, and make it fun at the same time!

    Enter my TV Workout Game—and it’s fully customizable to suit your preferences. Simply pick a show, set your own rules and get to work! In my opinion, there’s no better way to fit in some movement during your choice TV programs in the comfort of your own home. Another plus: no equipment required!

    (Please excuse my wuss push-ups, let’s pretend that they’re full range of motion. It’s a good reminder to me to quit chatting and focus on the exercise :) )
