Reebok Spartan Race Giveaway, a “Like”-able Cause and More!


Happy Sunday, everyone! How did your week treat you? Mine was jam-packed with fun, from catching a performance of the Beatles tribute Rain to teaching a couple hardcore bootcamp classes to eating chocolate before watching Chocolat at the local art center. Yesterday and today I’ve been playing catch up and realized there’s so many things I need to fill you in about!

● It was an honor to chat motivation, moderation and other wellness-related topics with Adam and Devon Bate of the Lifestyle Accountability Show podcast a few weeks ago.
